Hello: Throughout high school, I poured my heart and soul into basketball, pushing myself to new limits and achieving remarkable accomplishments. My dedication and hard work paid off, as I was honored to be recognized as an All-American during my small college career. My love for the game of basketball, and working with this generation, has become my Mission, to share my knowledge, skills, and experiences with the youth of our community. Basketball has the power to transform lives, both physically and mentally, teaching valuable lessons that extend beyond the boundaries of playing sports. As a coach, teacher, mentor, Administrator, our Vision for the next generation of student- athletes, is to provide a safe environment and stable platform for their growing up and success. I understand the importance of nurturing their personal and spiritual growth, academic success, and overall well-being. I aspire to build a 'faith based' youth/family Community, teaching Life Skills, thru the game of basketball and the Holy Spirit! Welcome to the Game of Life

My name is Tom Densmore
Tom Densmore is a well-known figure in Citrus County, having served as a teacher, coach, and community leader for over 30 years. He founded the Junior Hurricane Basketball League, the Citrus Youth Sports Program for At Risk Youth. and is a proud graduate of Florida State University. As a Deacon for the First Christian Church of Inverness, Coach Densmore and his family, are committed to bringing people together and making a positive impact in Inverness and Citrus County. My name is Tom Thomas
The preaching minister for the First Christian Church of Inverness, Coach Thomas spreads the word of God , thru religion and the game of basketball. A graduate of Ohio State University, a former basketball player, pastor Thomas is dedicated to teaching our youth/families the fundamentals of basketball while also sharing the teachings of the Bible. As one of the founders of the Citrus Youth Sports Program for At Risk Youth, he is committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment, for our young student- athletes to grow physically and spiritually. Join us in his mission to make a difference in the lives of our youth.
